Same error is repeatedly at least 32 times.

I observed numerous Canvas/WebGL failures on the initial try push of win10/aarch64. The failures were spread throughout mochitest an web-platorm-test.

:jrmuizel I was referred to you by a couple of folks at Vancouver office as someone that may know about Canvas/WebGL. I suspect these failures are unique to win10/aarch64 since they appear to not have previously filed bugs against them showing up in Treeherder.

I too have seen WebGL test failures. jgilbert and qualcomm are probably the best people to look at this.

This bug should have remained open, instead #1536182 should have been closed. Re-opening to continue the investigation if any.
