at the above web site. Table borders randomy appear and vanish. Even in this box
I am typing in now, the border vanishes. Views OK in Netscape and IE.

Actual Results:  Borders behave poorly

Expected Results:  Displayed the borders
WFM in the latest nightly on Win NT.
WFM in 2002061712 PC Win 98.
Marking wfm in the July 01 osx build (2002-07-01-03).
