:jw_wang, I saw that you've commented previously on a similar issue where it times out. This failure appears to be new with windows10-aarch64. Could you take a look, or direct me to the correct person?

I believe this is blocked on eme support (bug 1515208), we could probably disable these tests for now on aarch64 until support is enabled.

I've submitted a try run to disable this test: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&group_state=expanded&revision=a8f1b23b20eeca2d041e69376c79866991a34d82

If it passes then I will submit a diff, and perhaps we can revisit this test at a later date when EME support is added.

The reason we don't have flac support is because we're not compiling ffmpeg on this platform.

Are we intending to support flac on ARM devices? If so we'll need to compile a version of ffmpeg that has flac but not ffvp9 support.
