The /push/ endpoint was added 18 months ago:

We've been slowly transitioning across to it from the (identical other than name) /resultset/ endpoint, and there are now virtually no consumers of it (other than stragglers who haven't reloaded their Treeherder UI in 1+ weeks and https://github.com/mozilla/wpt-sync/issues/287).

My talos-compare tool was also using the old API. That's used by zibi occasionally, so probably wasn't in the usage trends.
