Tried to access a local server named ftp://192.168.0.3 and the status bar read
"Beginning FTP Transaction" and after quite some time nothing appeared to be
happening. The browser was working in all other respects and i changed the url
to a www.nytimes.com and it went there. when i went back to the local ftp, the
samething happened.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.ftp://[local server]

Actual Results:  stuck at Beginning FTP Transaction

Expected Results:  Access to ftp server

oh Yeah. Sorry. I use Xitami Web/FTP server. you can check it out at xitami.com
