Since 20190209094021, clicking on the hamburger menu button doesn't open the menu (Win 8.1, 32-bit). The menu can be opened when the browser is restarted in Safe mode. Interestingly, opening does not work in a fresh profile (until Safe mode is activated).

Works for me on macOS. Do you have the same problem on a new profile? Anything relevant in Tools->Web developer->Web console when you click it?

Actually, looks like there's another bug on file.
