Please add an option to insert the signature file at the top of the message, so
one can start a reply just above the signature, and all the previous responses
are below the signature. Also on the "Insert" menu it would be great to have an
insert signature option.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Define a signature under Edit, Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings
2. Edit, Preferences, Mail & Newsgroups, Composition: select "Automatically
quote the original message when replying" and "start my reply above the quoted text"


Actual Results:  eply to a message that is a longer thread, and it's
inappropriate to have the signature way down at the bottom. 

Expected Results:  I would much rather have the option of keeping the signature
block with the current message I am typing.
