What did you do?

1. go to https://www.vbr.ru/banki/kurs-valut/converter/?course=BanksBuy
2. try enter amount by keys in fields

What happened?

nothing

What should have happened?

must enter numbers

Is there anything else we should know?

Clean fresh install
It's problem on FF 65 (Win 7_64 and Win 10_32&64)

FF 66 beta 5 and 6 don't have this problem

Insert amounts by copy/paste is OK.
Problem only by keyboard

Hi,

I can reproduce this issue on Windows 7/10 using Firefox 65.0, however, it seems to be fixed by Bug 1502795.
Since Bug 1502795 is set as (firefox 65 -- wontfix) this fix will only come with Fx66.
