Gecko decision has not started since the backout made at 06:22

This occurs only on autoland for now. Tree is closed.

This was fixed after Tom Prince worked his magic around the Gecko decision task and the tests started after this push: http://tinyurl.com/yxgdxw5v. He also managed to start the jobs on the pushes that were missing the Gecko decision task. I'll leave this open if someone wants to investigate what went down here. Autoland was reopen with the above push.
