We are about to change the name of our github org from devtools-html to firefox-devtools.
Let's update all comments/strings in the code that still refer to the old org name.

I have not changed anything within the debugger/new/ directory in this patch. Instead, I've opened a PR here: https://github.com/devtools-html/debugger.html/pull/7961
