[Prerequisites]
Launch Firefox on a clean profile.
Set the following prefs to true in about:config

privacy.trackingprotection.cryptomining.enabled
privacy.trackingprotection.fingerprinting.enabled
browser.contentblocking.cryptomining.preferences.ui.enabled
browser.contentblocking.fingerprinting.preferences.ui.enabled

[Steps to reproduce]

1. Make sure that in Content blocking Preferences page, the Cryptominers and Fingerprinters are checked.
2. Go to: https://senglehardt.com/test/trackingprotection/test_pages/fingerprinting_and_cryptomining.html
3. Open the shield menu (you will see that Cryptominers and Fingerprinters are blocked as expected, and only those 2 appear in the shield menu)
4. Click "Turn off blocking for this site"
5. Now that blocking is off, open the shield menu which is crossed.

[Expected result]
Only Cryptominers and Fingerprinters sections appear in the shield menu.
When Cryptominers list is opened, only the Cryptominer is shown as not blocked.
When Fingerprinters list is opened, only the Fingerprinter is shown as not blocked.

[Actual result]
Besides Cryptominers and Fingeprinters, The Trackers appear also in the shield menu, with an empty list.
When Cryptominers list is opened, both Fingerprinter and Cryptominer appears.
When Fingerprinters list is opened, both Fingerprinter and Cryptominer appears.

Update:

Following the same steps, on https://www.bizjournals.com/ instead of the one in Step 2, you can see that in the Cryptominers and Fingerprinters lists, all the trackers, cookies, fingerprinters and cryptominers are shown.
