The following tests are only failing on Firefox and passing on Chrome and Safari

/webvtt/parsing/cue-text-parsing/tests/tree-building.html [2 subtests]
/webvtt/rendering/cues-with-video/processing-model/dom_override_remove_cue_while_paused.html

looking at the data again it would appear that these tests are unstable as they are not showing up in todays report but are set to expected fail in https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/web-platform/meta/webvtt/parsing/cue-text-parsing/tests/tree-building.html.ini
