For example, in github, searching for a label, I get a text field in which I can type the name/label to search.
We should do that for the component (see the screenshot of this on github)

We already have an ability to search components, but the UI could be better (somehow the Search button sits next to the Product dropdown list, not Component, which might be confusing) and the performance could also be improved (Bug 1495329). All the multi-selectable widgets should be consistent (Bug 1513380) and accessible (Bug 967525).
