User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0

Steps to reproduce:

On Linux, open the URI "/dev/full". Firefox translates it to "file:///dev/full".

Actual results:

This highly slows down the computer and display a download modal that asks for cancelling or downloading the file.
If we (luckily, before pc crashing) close this modal, a lot of (hundreds maybe) warning modals appear.

Expected results:

I think an error should appear for trying to download internal system files.

Reproducible
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0

After typing /dev/full on URL bar, download modal appeared and soon virtual machine freeze.
