Bug 1528350 has landed in m-c.
This creates a permanent provisioner-id for Bitbar to use for future tasks. Current windows10-aarch64 work has been done using test-provisioner which is only meant for testing of generic workers.
Switch over to using the new Bitbar provisioer-id.
