Details
Make sure personal toolbar is visible (using view/showhide/personal toolbar).
Have at least one bookmark in that toolbar.
Right click the bookmark.
Actual behaviour: A menu appears. Besides others, the commands include "Open"
and "Open in New Window".
Expected behaviour: The menu should also include a command "Open in New Tab".
