Just like when we fill a bug, I would like to see the description of the component.
Maybe with a "?" which would show me the description.

Use case: I am not sure that Application Update is the right one for a bug, searching for the description of the component isn't convenient.

The current product/component description hovercards on the modal bug page’s view mode are not reusable. We need generic hovercards.
