[Affected Platforms]:

• All Windows
• All Linux
• All Mac

[Prerequisites]:

• Have a non-default "Top Site" pinned.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Hover the "Top Site" from prerequisites and click the "More" ("...") button.
3. Click the "Delete from History" option and observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:

• The selected tile is removed from the "Top Sites" area.

[Actual result]:

• The selected tile remains displayed in the "Top Sites" area and it is still pinned.

[Notes]:

• The "Top Site" is removed after a browser restart or if another "Top Site" is added/removed.
• Attached a screen recording of the issue.
