STR

  • On a standard profile, set up a keyword on a search engine in preferences, e.g. set twitter's keyword to twit.
  • Open about:telemetry, search for SEARCH_COUNTS

Option 1 for reproducing:

  • In the address bar type twit test, do not press enter
  • Press escape
  • Press enter
  • Refresh about:telemetry

Option 2:

  • Copy the text twit test
  • Right-click the address bar
  • Select "Paste and Go"
  • Refresh about:telemetry

Actual Results

=> SEARCH_COUNTS does not have twitter.urlbar incremented in either case.

Expected Results

=> SEARCH_COUNTS should have had twitter.urlbar incremented
