1531714 - Multiple folders with the same name are not differentiated by anything

Environment:
Device: OnePlus 5T (Android 9), Nokia 6 (Android 7.1.1), Nexus 9 (Android 7.1.1);
Build: Nightly 67.0a1 (2019-02-28);

Prerequisites:
Make sure you have multiple links bookmarked.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Long tap on a bookmark link and choose 'edit';
2. Tap on the 'Parent Folder' filed;
3. Tap on the new folder icon;
4. Create a new folder with the name 'A';
5. Repeat all steps.

Expected result:
When I have multiple folders with the same name, they are differentiated by something unique.

Actual result:
When I have multiple folders with the same name, they are not differentiated by anything and that's confusing.

Notes:

• Reproducible also on Desktop;

Hopefully in this case, the user will pick a different name. Not really sure this is a bug as such.
