When loading https://www.dreamhost.com/ the site seems to load very quickly but the content isn't displayed for 5-10 seconds after. The content does seem to be there since moving the mouse around shows the presence of links.
This only seems to happen when tracking protection is enabled.
Apparently this might be related to a similar issue that happens on theverge.
