I love tabbed windows. However, when you open many of them, they end up spilling
off the left side of the window (ie. they can't be seen).
Recently I noticed a disturbing fact. This also moves the scrollbar off the
window (making it non-visible).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a browser window
2. Open lots of tabs (32 tabs on a 1024-pixel-wide window should do it)
3. Open a page that requires scrolling (eg. www.slashdot.org)
Actual Results: Scroll bar is missing
Expected Results: Scroll bar should be visible
The 'tab' close box also disappears.
