Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:1.1a) Gecko/20020617

Dropdown lists and Buttons broken on first browser launch. I'll attach some
screenshots shortly.

This happends on my winNT PC, but not on my win98 PC. I have tried a completely
clean install (uninstall mozilla, delete entire moz dir, delete mozver.dat).
Nominating keywords: nsbeta1,nsbranch,UI,4xp,adt1.0.1,mozilla1.1,nsCatFood
- because this bug is nasty for corporate users (who are often winNT users).

The user has to close mozilla AND quicklaunch, then restart to make this bug go
away.
Thanks for nominating this bug. However, branch nominations, require a batch
with reviews, that have been checked into the trunk --> removing adt1.0.1 for now.
Keywords: adt1.0.1mozilla1.0.1
Whiteboard: [Need Impact] [ETA Needed]
This appears to have only been reported on the trunk so far. Is this a problem
with branch builds as well?
I do not see this behavior using win xp branch build 2002062308
This is bug 129642 "XBL forms horked, related to order of pref loading", no?

I believe this requires the user to enable XBL Form Controls. (We could
consider making the branch build (or at least a comm. version) ignore that
pref entirely if needed).
looks like a dupe of that bug to me...
