Details
We've got a lot of tables in the jungle account, since we now create a new table for every test run. Let's start deleting those.

Still to do:
- put a date in the table name
- delete tables in teardown
- scan and delete old tables (that might have come from failed test runs) automatically in teardown

Hm, I forgot that the auth service doesn't allow removal of tables with SAS credentials. I wonder if we can change that.

Also, there's no over-arching suite that can tear down after all tests have run.. so we'll need to rely on scanning and deleting old tables, perhaps as a distinct task.
