Firefox Send is ready to go from closed to open Beta in the Google Play Store...I am attaching assets and will NI Donovan to add a newly signed APK.

We are targeting a release of the new web version at 6AM Pacific on Tuesday, March 12th. Ideally we would like this open Beta release to be at or around the same time.

Looks like we need a new release:
Per Sledru@mozilla.com:
ok, so, I see two options:
- we reuse the old key, bump the version to 2 (or the date+hour)
- we use the new key, we update the apk id (org.mozilla.sendandroid for something else), and create a new app (but don't forget the google latency on approval)
I think we should roll with option 2 since we were asked to use the new key yesterday

Ok. Since it requires changing the apk id, the change will take a little longer.
