Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0
Steps to reproduce:
I configured Firefox to use custom history settings and selected the "Clear history when Firefox closes" option. In settings I selected everything except "Browsing & Download History" and "Form & Search History". This problem exists on fully updated Fedora 29 GNU/Linux and Firefox 65.0.1 (I think it's broken since Firefox 63 or 64). I'm able to clear the cache manually in Firefox by "Clear Recent History" option.
Actual results:
The selected history items are not cleared when closing Firefox.
Expected results:
The selected history items should be cleared when closing Firefox.

Sorry for the delay. We would need a bit more information for this to be actionable. Does this still happen for you? Do you have any add-ons installed? Does this reproduce on a clean profile? Can you try it in Firefox Nightly? Which items are not cleared? (Apparently cache?)

Not selecting "Browsing & Download History" means we don't clear history. So this is working as intended. Happy to re-open the bug if I missed anything.
