User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Have Restore session option ON.
- Open several FF windows.
- quit FF
- start FF
Actual results:
All the saved FF windows open, wanting focus. Meaning: their item in the taskbar has orange color (as if when an app wants focus or user attention or the FlashWindowEx function)
Expected results:
All the saved FF windows open, without the flash/focus thing.

I only experience this in a specific window I have, but yes it seems like there's still something to figure out even in F98.
