Steps to reproduce:

1. select Calendar tab
2. select File/Print or press Ctrl-P
3. set Layout: to Monthly Grid
4. click Print
5. select Page Setup tab
6. set Scale: to anything you like
7. select General tab
8. select either printer or Print to File
   If Print to File is selected
   8a. click File: button
   8b. enter file name
   otherwise go to step 9.
9. click Print button

Actual results:

Regardless of the Scale entered, the print out or file created is exactly the same scale ALL THE TIME. i.e 10%, 60%, & 100% are ALL THE SAME.

Expected results:

100% should be full size
60% should be smaller
10% should the smallest
