[Affected Platforms]:

• All Linux
• All Mac

[Prerequisites]:

• Have a Firefox profile with the following pref in the "about:config" page:
  • "browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.asrouter.devtoolsEnabled" set to "true";

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Navigate to the "about:newtab#asrouter" page and scroll down to the "PIN_TAB" section.
3. Click the section's "Show" button and click the "CFR Recommendation" button from the right part of the "Address Bar".
4. Observe the doorhanger's elements.

[Expected result]:

• All the elements are correctly displayed and positioned inside the doorhanger.

[Actual result]:

• The doorhanger's elements are wrongly positioned.

[Notes]:

• This issue is not reproducible on Windows.
• This issue is not reproducible with the "CFR Addons" doorhanger.
• Attached a screenshot of the issue.

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible with the latest Firefox Nightly (67.0a1 Build ID - 20190315093917) installed, on Windows 10 x64, Arch Linux and Mac 10.13.3. Now, the doorhanger's elements are correctly displayed.
