What do you mean with "The rendering is framed"?
Any chance you can get a video or a profile of this? This is most likely a graphics issue.

Hi Emilio, I did a screen recording using the Firefox Nightly 68.0a1(2019-04-15) on Mac OS X 10.14 also at the end of the screen recording you can observe the behaviour recorded on Chrome. Please let me know if there are other details that I need to provide.
Here is the screen recording: https://streamable.com/b85c3

Most of the time is Graphics, though FWIW Chrome is also quite slow here.

On macOS, this site has scrollbars constantly visible, which turns off retained display lists.
There also seems to be slowness with WR blobs (and layerization when using FLB).

Miko, Does this still reproduce for you?
I'm not seeing slowness with 105.0b7 on Mac 12.4. Although I'm not sure what is meant by "Select some elements from the web site".
