We're consolidating two locales (bn-BD, bn-IN) into a single locale, and we want to ship that in 68. This bug is about setting up the productization bits.

  • Use Bengali (bn-BD) as base
  • Keep amazon-in on Desktop (from bn-IN)
  • Remove rediff (from bn-IN)
