Tests in these directories are being disabled on windows10-aarch64:
toolkit/crashreporter/test/unittoolkit/crashreporter/test/unit_ipc
As they fail often, usually in xpcshell-8. For an example, see this try push.
What this suggests is that crash reporting is/can be in an unexpected state for xpcshell test runs. This bug is to also track any work that may occur to further investigate crash reporting on windows10-aarch64.
