When GCLI was removed, the csscoverage command was removed along with it.
However the rest of the csscoverage code was not removed and is still there, unused.
This includes:
- the cssusage actor
- the csscoverage ui in the style-editor
- the css for this ui
- the dtd and properties files for this ui
If we did want to resurrect some form of css coverage tool in devtools, we could always go back to the mercurial history and find the cssusage actor again and start from there.
