Request Description
(What question are you trying to answer?)
Two UX designers are going to spend next week heads down working on making sessions more closely align with user needs and behavior. They'll be doing generative design work that they'd like user research support on.
Questions the team would like help answering: Is the sessions concept desirable? Does it fit into users' mental models and workflows? Is this the right direction? How does it compare to the current ways they're using the mobile browser?
The are planning on preparing the research plan/protocol but would like a user research to support them in helping guide the process and review materials.
Deadline
(Is there a specific date you need the results by? FYI - We may not be able to meet this deadline.)
March 25-29th
Priority Level
(1 = High 2 = Medium, 3 = Low):
P1 (confirm with Michelle if needed)
- Emanuela and Nicole are blocking off next week in Berlin to do this work and would like UR to function as an advisor and support for two rounds of evaluative research they want to do.
- Sessions is the differentiator that Fenix is shipping with and in evaluative research from Milestone 1 and 2 we've seen that it doesn't support the way users currently use their mobile browsers. Design is stepping back to do some generative design work that redirects the work to more closely align with what we've learned.
Priority Level Description
(Please provide information on how you chose the priority level above, which product management OKR(s) this work supports, or any other details that will help us triage and prioritize this request.)
