Yes, because this is the same issue as bug 1633032. It's not a crash per se, it's a hang of a content process. However when we do grab hang reports we pair the minidump from the content process with a minidump from the main process (because we're interested to know what's going on there in case it's a deadlock). Those minidumps with google_breakpad::ExceptionHandler::WriteMinidump() in the stack are just that: the state of the parent process at the point the content process hang was detected.
