Details

The about:library page should have a proper page title, i.e. "Library" as of https://mozilla.invisionapp.com/share/A6FZ773EHPG#/screens. Currently it just says "about:library".

Summary: Add page tilte to about:library → Add page title to about:library

While this page doesn't do anything, let's not spend effort giving it a title. I've suggested before that we should just unship it instead of having the empty page...
