Description

- start Mozilla (rv:1.1a Gecko/20020611)
- open "www.stern.de"
- underneath the headline you'll see links for drop down menus (Home, Politik, 
Wirtschaft, Sport&Motor ...)
- move the mouse to "Sport&Motor" to open the dropdown menu and move the mouse 
down (link by link) from "Fußball" to "Spezial"

***Result:
You'll see that the menu frame expands more to the right side each time you 
move over a link.

***Expected:
The menu frame should not expand (like on MSIE)

WFM, current CVS, Linux. No "growing width" on menus. They have a fixed and
reasonable width regardless of where i click or slide mouse.

I don't think, this is an "other OS". As the summary says, it is Windows.
Reporter, please always give the exact version with which you tested, including
OS. I can observe the problem in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US;
rv:1.1a+) Gecko/20020623, but not in Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US;
rv:1.1a) Gecko/20020619. Setting Win98 and NEW.

A simplified testcase would be very helpful. The page is completely broken:

Marking worksforme, but please reopen if a testcase exists; if so, attach it to
the bug.
