Throbber is unnecessarily tall. cf. Netscape 4, roughly half the height. Nav buttons, and button/text, depending on theme, are unnecessarily tall. Line around location window serves no purpose but to fill wasted space caused by the above, in addition to stealing horizontal space on the toolbar better utilized by either an additional icon or more URL window width. Collectively these make the toolbar unnecessarily steal space from the browser's page viewing window, and should be vertically compacted. This bug blocks bug 135457.
