STR A:

1. Visit http://http-password.badssl.com/
2. Click in the password field
3. Use the down arrow to selected the insecure warning
4. Hit Enter

Expected result:
Popup should close

Actual result:
Popup closes. Field gets the yellow autofill highlight.

STR B:

1. Visit http://http-password.badssl.com/
2. Click in the password field
3. Clear the field
4. Use the down arrow to selected the View Saved Logins footer
5. Hit Enter

Expected result:
Password list opens

Actual result:
Password list opens. Field gets the yellow highlight implying it autofilled.

Verified, that the issue is not reproducible on Nightly 68(20190502220333).
