1539904 - Delete and archive from pocket events are not handled when highlight section is hidden

Steps to replicate:

1. Hide Highlights by going to about:preferences#home
2. Open New Tab and click context menu icon on a story in 'Recommended by Pocket' section
3. Click Save to Pocket and verify story is saved in https://getpocket.com
4. Click context menu icon to select Archive in Pocket or Delete in Pocket link menu options

[Expected]
Pocket story moves in to Archive or get deleted

[Actual]
Pocket story stays in my list and not moved to archive section or get deleted.

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible with the latest Firefox Nightly (68.0a1 Build ID - 20190414214746) installed, on Windows 10 x64, Arch Linux and Mac 10.13.3. Now, the "Pocket" story is moved into the "Archive" or is deleted.
