I'd like to specify... it's about improving discoverability of the benefits for users of using an account and more specifically in this case, mostly Sync. We currently cast big nets but we'd rather talk to users at the right time and place.

From that document, we will explore "effective ways to convey the value proposition of FxA by meeting the user at the point in their experience when they will most likely experience the aha moment."
