Details
STR:
- Have a Mozilla-associated GCP account, and at least one project
- Set content-blocking to standard
- Open private-browsing window
- Connect to console.cloud.google.com
- Do the IAM dance (LDAP + Duo)
- From the hamburger menu, choose Logging -> Log-based Metrics
- Find a user-defined metric (define one by clicking "Create Metric" at the top if necessary -- the details of the metric are unimportant)
- Click the teensy three-dot menu on the right and choose "View in Metrics Explorer"
Expected:
- automatically signed into stackdriver UI
Actual
- stackdriver says "Login with Google", loops forever
Workaround
- in the google cloud console, click the shield and disable tracking temporarily
- repeat for stackdriver
- start over from "Find a user-defined metric"
This seems to occur only in beta (67.0b5) not in release, suggesting a recent change to content blocking is responsible.

This seems to be fixed in 67.0b9.
Noting https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1507055#c18, I checked network.cookie.cookieBehavior and it is set to 0 (in a fresh profile, so this is not an override).
