Steps to reproduce:

Make sure the block websites from automatically playing sound option is enabled in preferences

Open any YouTube video

Click on one of the related videos

Actual results:

The related video I clicked on within the site autoplays and with sound

Expected results:

The related video I clicked on within the site shouldn't play until I click play.
