The "Password change succeeded" dialog doesn't have bottom padding.

STR:

  1. Visit about:preferences#privacy
  2. Check the box to use a master password
  3. Enter and confirm the password
  4. Click ok button

Expected result:
The confirmation dialog appears and has regular padding

Actual result:
The confirmation dialog appears with no bottom padding (attachment 9050908 [details])

This dialog uses Services.prompt.alert and therefore commonDialog.xul. This problem existed before bug 1493844 so isn't a recent regression.

In bug 1535253 comment 0 some other commonDialog.xul dialogs were affected but I was no longer able to reproduce that.
