From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020529 BuildID: 2002052918 Links with TARGET=_blank should open new tab instead of a new window when using "tabbed browsing". Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Switch on tabbed browsing 2.Click on any link with TARGET="_blank" with left mouse button 3. Actual Results: New window appears. Expected Results: New tab should open instead.

I think this is a duplicate of bug 105547 - Windows open in new window instead of tabs (target=<nonexistant_frame>).
