I consistently get profiles stuck on "Waiting for symbol tables for library xul.pdb" for my local Windows builds. It seems after each rebuild of xul.dll, the first profile will get stuck on that message but generate the symbols table, and the second profile will work fine.

This is going through the code I landed in bug 1509549.

I got the same problem on Linux. Soooo maybe it's broken ?

I tried to reproduce this on Windows recently but everything was working fine on my machine. I can check Linux next.
