1541803 - When selecting a bug number the right selection handle is misplaced

Environment:

Devices:
OnePlus 5T(Android 9);
Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 9);
Huawei MediaPad M2 (Android 5.1.1).

Build: Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-04-03);

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to "about:compat" page;
2. Tap press-hold on a bug number from the UA Overrides;
3. Observe the behaviour.

Expected result:
Two selection blue handles are seen; a left selection handle, and a right selection handle are visible on the left and right of the selected word.

Actual result:
The right selection handle is misplaced.

Notes:

• In landscape mode, if you drag the right selection handle, the page expands to the right;

Depending on how the page is built, this might just be a Fennec selection issue.

Hi!

I tested this on Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-04-04) with OnePlus 5T(Android 9); Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 9) on other pages:

• about:config
• about:buildconfig;
• bugzilla.com;
  and could not reproduce the issue from Description.

Although on the "about:buildconfig" page the right selection handle is not visible when the entire row is selected.

I will change the Product and Component if you consider the issue is not related with the "about:compat" page.
