On https://www.khanacademy.org/?country=US there is a section titled "You can learn anything." that has an interactive illustration.
If you click-drag the illustration it should move around smoothly. With gfx.webrender.all set to true it has some hiccoughs.
(Apparently this is worst on Mac, but I don't have one to test)

I still don't have a Mac to test on to be sure, but it doesn't seem to have any difference between WR on and WR off anymore, so I'd be willing to say this could be fixed.
