Environment:
Device: Google Pixel(Android Q);
Build: Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-04-07);

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://gauntface.github.io/simple-push-demo.
2. Tap the "Enable Push Notifications" switch.

Expected result:
The switch is enabled.

Actual result:
"AbortError: error retrieving push subscription." message displayed.

Notes:
-Not reproducible on Chrome.

Additional from the verification of the bug: 1537701 also, this issue is verified as fixed using Google Pixel (Android Q).
Build: Release 67.0.
