Identified during the review of Bug 1539071.
STRs:
- open about:debugging
- inspect a local tab/addon
- on the opened about:devtools-toolbox tab, reload several times and very quickly the tab
Sometimes, the header of the toolbox will be missing. If you reload the tab again the header will be displayed.
